1. Return Window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/documents.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., hygiene products, opened appliances).
Products with physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us at nfo@grazle.co.in or through the app/website.
Provide your Order ID and a brief reason for return.
We will schedule a pickup or guide you for drop-off.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange available only if the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
